I bought it to work out in, and I think it will be fine for that. I took a long walk in it right away, and I'm happy with it. It's nice to have an all-black shoe; it can transition to the street easily.

I use these shoes as casual work shoes. I try to walk 4-5 times a week on a paved road surface for about 30-40 minutes and they are very comfortable. The removable liner makes it easy to use my custom orthotics without taking up any extra space in the shoe. I have been wearing NB crosstrainers in the 620 series for years and hope they keep making this type of shoe in black.
