I need narrow shoes. These shoes give me great support and fit my narrow width. I stand on my feet at work all day and New Balance is all that I wear. I love the white leather. I don't have any dislikes. My last pair of New Balance shoes, I wore daily for 2 years.

I am dissatisfied with this pair of new balance shoes !!The quality is not as good as all the other new balance shoes I have purchased over the years .. They look like a spin off of the real thing .the no. on the heel is painted on to the shoe ,all other ones I have is embroidered on a small pc. of leather and inserted in the heel ....The leather upper is not the quality I am wanting in my shoes ...

I live in these shoes. I have bought this style for years. I am handicapped with permanent nerve damage in both legs and feet. I wear these with orthotics. Great fit. Great support. Great comfort. Thank goodness for these shoes. I get a little scared when NB changes the design of the shoe but luckily it has always been for the better. Will continue to buy this shoe.

This is the only place I can find my size. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable when I first put them on.

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
I was really excited about finding a size 12 AA online because no shoe store in the malls have my size, and so I had to resort to looking online and found New Balance in my size and width. When I recieved the shoes they looked small. Then I tried them on and found out that they cramped my feet and didn't feel like the true size and width. My feet hurt when I wear them and there is no padding in the ball, arch, and heel of the shoe. I don't know what to do in the future, exept maybe trying a different shoe store or brand.
