I really liked the overall appearance of the shoe. I love the colour and the styling. I was a bit disappointed as it was just a bit too big, but I can wear heavy socks and modify the shoe a bit. For the most part, I was very satisfied with the shoe.
Wears this shoe: I will wear this shoe to walk outside when most of the snow is gone.

I bought this walking shoe because of our snowy Michigan winters. Although it is a very comfortable shoe with good traction, they are not any warmer than my summer 811 New Balance walking shoes. In that regard I was very disappointed. If I would have known that prior to purchase, I would have stayed with the 811's which I love but toes got cold last winter but same problem with the 955's just a lot more money.

I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended that I get a new pair of shoes for walking. I wanted something sturdier than tennis shoes. I bought these after careful review of comments. I love them. These keep my feet stable, warm and dry. They are comfortable and give me a good work out because they are heavier than my tennis shoes, but still look stylish. My only complaint is that the laces come undone easily and I need to replace them.

Love these shoes. I wore out a similar pair and these are the replacements. It's great to have a reasonably waterproof pair of very comfortable walking shoes for most weather conditions. Wellies don't provide enough support for comfortable walking, although they do keep your feet dry. These walkers are a great improvement for wet weather, and are very comfortable for dry.

New Balance hits another home run with these for me. I have to wear a custom orthodic and have wide feet and these shoes in wide width accomodate both comfortably.
