My mother has difficulty walking due to nerve damage in her right leg. The doctor recommended New Balance shoes for her. She had a problem with tripping due to having foot drop. I first ordered this shoe in bone. She liked it so well that she wanted me to order the same shoe in black. The stabilizer in this shoe has really helped her. The shoe looks really nice on her.

Bought the shoe as I have severe pronation and this she has a rollbar. The shoe is so wide that my foot rolls in the shoe anyway. The velcro strap doesn't hold tight. The arch of my foot has blisters on it from the rolling. New Balance has great shoes for pronation I do not understand why this style is giving me problems.

I bought the NB because of its reputation as being a well put together shoe. I find though that the seam on top of the shoe irritates my small toe until they break in. Other than that I have no issues yet.
