This shoe has plenty of width and depth for those using APO's The heel cup is very stable. My purchase was both the black and the white, only downer is that they are not available in the bone for extra wide sizes. I have worn this shoe to work as it passes for an attractive oxford with pants for the business site. Glad this shoe exists as an alternative to orthopedic shoes! A good, durable, comfortable and well-made shoe for everyone.
