Although I have a narrow, flat foot, I purchased a 9.5B to allow enough room for an arch-supportive insert. The plan worked beautifully so a purchased a second pair. The material is cool for walking in the scorching Texas summers or working out at the fitness center.

I loved this shoe from the minute I tried it on. I now have 2 pairs so I can rotate my wearing time. My feet feel like they are in a pillow and I can walk and walk. The size is true and with my narrower heel I have no problem with the medium width. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I really like these sneakers for work, I stand a total of 7 hours a day and they are so comfortable and don't hurt my feet. I truly recommend them to nurses and people who stand and bend.
