Product Description (Women's New Balance WR870)
The 870 is an everyday responsive, mildly stable training shoe for the runner desiring some mild stability through midstance. The 870 can be trusted to provide the necessary support for slight overpronators, and not too much for the otherwise efficient runner who craves some insurance on their recovery days or through their long runs during bouts of fatigue.
Features N-ERGY elastomer for shock absorption, a full length ABZORB® Strobel board for cushioning and compression, and a blown rubber forefoot and outsole.

They were very comfortable. I did not have to break them in. I could wear the shoes for 12hrs without them hurting my feet.

These shoes are so lightweight and comfortable. Great stability too. A perfect replacement pair for an earlier version I've had for a couple of years. I've tried other shoes, but always come back to New Balance.
Wears this shoe: When walking for exercise, travel, trips to amusment parks etc.

At 3, my daughter's pediatrician told me to only buy her New Balance sneakers to wear. A few years later, I started wearing them for playing tennis, and have bought no other brand since. I have even converted my husband! I now have spinal stenosis(I'm somewhat older and not playing tennis!), and find that the running sneakers from NB give me the best support possible. Whenever I need any shoes, I always come to Shoebuy first, and have never been disappointed!
