I recently started doing Zumba classes 2 times a week wearing these shoes. I do not feel they give me a lot of cushioning,shock absorption, or good slide movements. I bought these shoes because they are listed as Zumba shoes. I would recommend these shoes for casual activities but not for Zumba. I have a narrow foot and bought New Balance because of that.

I brought this shoe over a year ago simply because I liked how they looked. I recently started doing Zumba classes 2 to 3 times a week wearing these shoes.I do not feel they give me a lot of cushioning,shock absorption, or good slide to slide movements. At the end of a workout sometimes my feet or knees hurt. This prompted me to search for information on Zumba specific shoes. I just found out now that these shoes are listed as Zumba shoes. I would recommend these shoes are casual activities but not for Zumba.

This shoe was too tight and not comfortable in that it did not feel like it had enough cushion for Jazzercise or dance aerobics.
