I use this shoe to walk and run. It doesn't have the support that some of my running shoes have had but it does the job.

These sneakers fit true to size and I have a narrow foot. I have bought other NB before and they were too narrow but this shoe fits very well. It doesn't have a lot of cushion so for running you may want to choose another shoe but walking or everyday use its fine and looks good too.
