Good for lateral aerobic & crosstraining... not running. December 07, 2012

These shoes are pretty much as described, build for cross training, NOT a running shoe. The cushioning not quite what I expected, but an orthopedic insert made these shoes exactly what I exected. The shoes are a perfect fit, and although I noted they felt narrower than marked, that is more due to the insert I put in to make them as cushioned as I need. These are very good shoes for aerobic, P90X, or intensity type exercise. Use as a primary running shoe would be discouraged (I would recommend ASICS 2170 if you need cushioning for a good set of primary runners).

The wider stiffer sole is just perfect for wearing to the gym and for casual dress as well. You really notice the solid feel of the shoe when performing standing exercises like squats and shoulder presses. So much better to work out in than a running shoe. Very comfortable and well made as per New Balance products. Highly recommend for those who work out with the weights and machines on a regular basis, but also fine for treadmill or Cross-trainer equipment.. Fits true to size in both directions....

Good buy, but not exactly appropriate shoes for aerobics. November 18, 2011

Great style and it is made in USA. Actual shoe looks better than what was shown on the web. Sole is too sticky for a good aerobics workout purposes (reason for purchase. Aerobics involves quick turns.), even though it was classified as such and has the round knob in the turning area of the sole. The shoes have very thin soles. Additional sole inserts are needed to make the shoe more comfortable for such type of vigorous workout on smooth hard surfaces. Shoes better suited for weight lifting and exercise machine workouts.

Se trata de una zapatilla de buena calidad, pero tiene poca amortiguacion, por lo que no la recomiendo para correr. Por otra parte, son algo cortas, por lo que sugiero pedir una medida mas grande de lo usual. Por ejemplo, si su medida habitual es 10, sugiero pedir 10.5.
