These shoes are a little stiffer by the side of the toes than other NB's I've onwed. The leather needs to break in more since I've only owned them for about a month. But I've gotten used to new NB's shoes feeling like slippers right out of the box, so I'm a little disappointed with these.

I have bought new balance shoes for several years, and this 558 shoe is just like all of the new balance shoes i have bought before: great. It fits right and is very comfortable. That's why I keep ordering more.
