Stick rubber, great cushion for mountain downhill,medial plate, very spacious, durable very breathable and allows water to escape fast.Runs 1 full size too big compared to other NB shoes.I use this shoe for AT running and anything over 12 miles or so. Otherwise, I run with the Patagonia Forerunner without the medial plate and the extra cushion.

I need to wear good walking sneakers due to tendonitis, also have narrow skinny feet. I was tired of the usual white, blue etc so ordered these. I was so glad they came in narrow. They fit perfectly and have a nice support arch. I wish more sneaker companies would make funky designs in narrow sizes.

I actually really like these, my shoes would rub on the back of my heel an I looked into these socks,. thought they were a bit over priced but a good buy. the only thing is I think there a bit to high for me but doesn't bother me if I wear them with my pants or scrubs but not with shorts ! but my heels also don't hurt anymore yay!!
