The shoe is very nice but other sneakers that I have purchased are a little larger than the new Balance so buy a half size bigger.

I sound like a damn spokesman. But the truth is, I only wear New Balance.IRONICALLY, as I was coming back from a run last night, I sensed a hole in the heel of my left shoe. Granted, this usually takes a handful of months of wear & tear, so I was skeptical that this had actually happened. Sure enough, upon removing the shoe, there was a nice little hole in the heel - an unfortunate discovery. The customer service rep at Shoebuy was INSANELY NICE - and she helped me route the shoes back to their warehouse in order to exchange for a new pair. So, New Balance is STILL my shoe of choice; albeit, I'd be a little concerned if the next pair wears down within 8 weeks, as well.
