Product Information for New Balance

Product Description
If you are seeking extra shock absorption and cushioning then this insole is for you. The Motion Control insole is highly versatile and ideal for a wide variety of foot types, including those with high arches or inflexible (rigid) arches. The extra deep heel cup, external heel stabilizer, external arch support and metatarsal arch rise all work together to stabilize the foot. Orange ABZORB® cushioning layer (with PORON® Urethane Technology) provides maximum cushioning and shock absorption. By controlling the amount the foot slides across the insole's surface, the Anti-Blister top cover helps prevent blisters and keeps feet cooler and drier. The contoured shape of the Metatarsal Arch Rise is designed to re-distribute weight and pressure and help give relief from Plantar Fasciitis, Morton's Neuroma, and Metatarsalgia. MicroZap® anti-microbial incorporated into the top cover kills odor-causing bacteria. New Balance Performance Insoles can be used all day, everyday for standing, walking, running, or any sport.

Not the solution for me
By Betsy L., from Milwaukee, WI | February 07, 2014
Trying to find an insert that would help after foot reconstruction surgery. Didn't want to pay hundreds of dollar for the hard molded plastic of the inserts recommended by my podiatrist. Tried the cheaper insoles. A friend suggested these. Wore them a couple of times. Comfortable on the foot that had the surgery. The other foot not so much - developed toe pain from wearing these. I guess I'll have to keep looking for an insert solution.

Not as Expected
By In Need of Good Support, from Chilly Winter Climate | December 02, 2013
I ordered these insoles thinking they would be better for my overpronation problem than the New Balance Supportive Cushioning Insoles. Sadly, they have less support and are more expensive. I'll be sticking to Orthaheel inserts in the future.

Great Support!
By KitKat, from Hartford,CT | October 09, 2013
I have plantar fasciitis, went to new balance store a few years ago, had a fitting, and they recommended this insole for me. I am ordering my third set. I am on my feet all day at work as a nurse, and no longer have foot trouble!!I thank God for NB and these insoles! They are warranted for a year and they sure do wear well!
