Great new shoe for hard and soft fields... September 15, 2012

In the past, I had some double-wide NB cleats, but these are wide enough for me. The design is super-comfortable, especially the soft heel-cup. The upper could be a little more flexible and leather-like, but it actually flexes really well, and I simply didn't notice it during a couple hours of ultimate frisbee. I really dig the cleat system. There are lots of more widely-distributed spikes than on my old NB cleats, which seems to work great on both hard and soft ground. So far, I'm very happy with them.

Good shot September 03, 2012

Its a no frills shoe.. but the cleats are really good. I was walking around in them when I was warming up and I was really digging into the ground (and it was dry). I have used shoes with higher tops for so long that I didn't think about ankle support (as these obviously do not have any) and rolled my ankle the first time out. Going to have to wrap better in the future!

Good shoe in a hard to find size (162E) that was affordable and, so far, holding up nicely.

Wide cleats July 02, 2012

I got bunions. It's painful to admit, but not as painful as the skinny soccer shoes I've been buying. And I like these shoes. But they're plastic. You'd think that for 85 rats I could have got leather. Oh well.

The shoes fit--Yay!! My son has very large wide feet for a 12 year old, 10 W. This was a hard order to fill at a reasonable price. These fit the bill.
