Since fit is so important for running shoes, it is essential to find the right company and style for each of us. This shoe is relatively heavy, sturdy, has a wide box for forfoot and toes and a relatively narrow heel. It is durable (I have bought several of this shoe and its predecessors)and provide good cushioning.

New Balance M992

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked

It is nice looking and comfortable to wear. However, I need more insole cushion due to a foot surgery I had which is no problem because I can always use inserts. I bought it because I already had a pair of New Balances before which was also nice and comfortable to wear.

I purchased this shoe for my husband who has to wear a brace. He finds this shoe is available in a wider size which accommodates the brace. He wears this shoe for everything but very dressy occasions.
