Great shoe fit - very poor quality March 24, 2013

Within 2.5 months of receiving this shoe, my son complained that the sole was separating from one of the shoes. Indeed - I took a look and the sole / base of shoe was 75% separated from the shoe itself.Shoes should last longer than this.

Wanted a light weight exercise shoe that was comfortable and cut lower in the heel because of an old achilles tendon injury. These shoes worked perfectly. They are comfortable, light, look good and work great for exercise. I wish this same shoe came in different colors.

For years I 've worn Saucony cushioned- comfy, supportive, but a bit heavy. I came across the M580 and was amazed how light they felt on my feet felt like wearing nothing. Which is how I feel when I run- same pain shooting through my arches. Mind you I have flat feet and these may be the wrong shoe for me. I feel like I'm in the shoe instead of the shoe being on me if that makes any sense. Going back to Saucony and/or something with cusion. On the plus side these are very breathable which is great in the summer less so when it's cold/rainy. If you are just walking they are fine- though I havent walked any long distances.

NB are the only shoes I get my teenage son. He has a wide foot and needs good arch support and NB has it. He was very happy with this shoe.
