Looking for a 1123 Replacement February 22, 2013
Reviewer: older & grumpy from Bradenton, FL
Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Bought these to replace my nearly warned out 1123's since New Balance decided to remove the 1123 from it's line and replace it with the new 1150 model. After reviewing the 1150 online and seeing that it's design would nail my bunion on left foot I and after reading a number poor reviews on the 1150, I found the M1080v2 model that seemed to have the same mesh as the 1123 where my bunion is. Luck was with me because it does fit the same. I'm not crazy about the color but that's the least of my worries. I haven't had them long enough to really know how they goes to be, but after a few months I'll have that answer. I sure wish they would not have dropped the 1123 model which I've been buying wearing for a number of years but that's how the how the cookie crumbles.

Best running shoe!! November 06, 2012
Reviewer: Adam from Nebraska
Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width
This is my second pair of the 1080v2's. I have tried other brands of running shoes but all have never fit right. I have stuck with New Balance shoes for 10+ years. I put on about 15-20 miles per week in these shoes and have never had shin splints or sore joints after any of my runs.

I bought these on the advice of my podiatrist. He was right. I've been wearing them about 3 weeks and my feet haven't felt this good in a long time.

Comfortable shoe for good runs! August 09, 2012
Reviewer: Keith from Lake Arrowhead, CA
Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width
I have owned New Balance before, tried other brands but found myself coming back. I carry a lot of weight and that means a lot of pounding on my knees when running. I feel these shoes have a lot of cushion and help to protect my joints on the 4+ mile runs. Couldn't ask for more.

Better than the 1080's I had before, light, comfortable, and not so cushy as to slow you down.
