I am a French athlete who practises the long jump for several years. I always worre points Nike and tried the other numerous models for the long jump (mizuno, asics).The New Balance LJ1000 is really excellent one: at the same moment very light (much more than all the pairs which I tried to there) and so very stable what makes that the foot is really well maintained in the impulse.Furthermore we feel comfortable in these points, the same new, I moreover improved my performance from the first competition. Doubtless what is made of better for the long jump. However I regret that points delivered with are nylon and not steel, what makes that they quickly wear out.
