Product Description (Children's New Balance KJ688)

The new 688 is a kids-specific technical running style featuring a new unit with ABZORB for cushioning and a fashionable upper design with options in lace or an alternative closure. This running sneaker features injection molded EVA and a rubber cup outsole for plenty of traction.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

My son has very wide feet and always has trouble finding shoes that look good and feel good. We bought the blue ones and they look very stylish and he says they feel great. He wears them everyday.

I purchased these shoes for my son for kindergarten - great choice! I prefer navy shoes, but liked the orange as a nice "highlight." In addition, my son thinks the shoes both look and feel "cool."

My kids have only been in school for 2 weeks and the shoes already look very worn. This is not a shoe that will last the entire school year. I needed a shoe that didn't have a black sole and these have navy/orange soles. This is the main reason why I purchased them.

My Grandaughter is going to start pre-school and is so excited about her new shoes. They are so colorful, and she loved the rainbow laces. I think New Balance shoes are the best! They're the only brand I buy for myself, and I was so delighted to find out that they had children's sizes.
