I have a hard time finding shoes for my son - he's small but fast, needs good, cool-looking running shoes, and has a wide-width foot. I was very disappointed in the durability of this shoe. My son has owned New Balance sneakers in the past with no complaints, however, this pair just did not hold up. Two of the four red lace loops broke within one week, and both laces broke within two. He loved the look of the shoe, but we did not find them to be worth the price.
