Have had flat feet all my life, but recently, the pain in the right foot was unbearable when walking even short distances. Even though I have had expensive custom insoles in the past which never gave me relief, only grief, and have tried over the counter insoles with no luck, I went ahead & ordered these New Balance insoles along with a new pair of shoes. It took about a week of steady wearing & the pain stopped completely. As a caregiver for my wife, I am on my feet a lot so these insoles were a godsend. Going to order another pair very soon.

After hearing that a podiatrist recommended these to patients with Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma, both of which I've had in the past, I tried them. They are the best insoles I've ever tried including custom orthotics. I have a pair for my in-home New Balance 990 shoes, these are much better than the regular 990 inserts,(a podiatrist recommended that I always wear supportive shoes at home; no walking in slippers or stocking feet), and just bought two more pair for my outdoors shoes so I don't have to keep changing. They are the best combination of cushioning and support I've ever tried. I'm spoiled now!
