Analog watches display time using mechanical hands that move over a dial with markers which represent hours and minutes. The term analog usually describes devices that feature a continuous, uninterrupted signal. In the case of analog watches this refers to the sweeping, continuous second hand, which is the result of internal mechanical movement, not digital electronics.
Wristwear refers to any article of clothing or accessory designed to be worn on the wrist. Articles of wristwear may include, but are not limited to; wristwatches, bracelets and wristlets.
