To tell the truth; I had a similar pair that I bought at Walmart that was very comfortable, but they gave out after a year. I wanted a replacement and came across these Nevados. I liked the look, good reviews, and the price was right. I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I haven't had them long so I can't say for sure, but they look well made. I often wear a 9 1/2 so I was afraid they might be too big, but they are a comfortable fit. I didn't want a cloth sole because I wear them when I go fishing and these Nevados are perfect. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

These sandals are fantastic! They fitextremely well and are incredibly comfortable - no blisters at all. I've brought them to go to Siem Reap and walk the ruins and as I've been there before and know the humid conditions and long days walking, know that these sandals are perfect - rugged enough and with the enclosed toe to make sure I don't stub the important bits. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.
