Sizing completely off December 27, 2012

The pad of the wide 10 ordered measured less than three inches; there is no way this was a wide. I typically wear a 9 1/2 W. The shininess of the leather looks a bit tacky. The base is cute. Returning without exchanging.

I am so glad that I purchased these sandals! I always order a half size larger sandals, being in Australia makes it unlikely that I will send them back for exchange! But these are just perfect, a bit high, but that's what I wanted. The insock is very soft and comfortable and leather nice and soft. I would highly recomend these sandals to any fashion loving female!

i agree with the reviewer who said they're way higher than 2 5/8 inches--4 is more like it. But it is mostly platform, so you don't feel like you are walking in high heels-you just get the height. Note that the leather is shiny. They seem very well made and have held up remarkably well.I love these shoes: they are my go-to sandal, They give much-wanted height, but with style and comfort. I like the way they make it cushier to stand for long periods on very hard floors, too. I get compliments on them constantly, as well.

I bought these shoes online after my friend Catherine bought the chocolate pair online.We both love them to bits!True to size- I am a size 7.5 womens in Australia -mediumand the size was exactly the same.Highly recommend and getting lots of compliments.

These shoes look great and are pretty comfortable for a tall shoe. The width and fit are spot on, but the height is not. Description of a 2 5/8" heel height is inaccurate. Mine measure at 4". I would have never purchased these shoes because I am more comfortable with a shorter heel and feel less clumsy. It just takes some getting used to. That said, I do like them very much. They are comfortable, stable and well made. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to wrong description.
