I'm really happy with my purchase. They are comfortable and fit my true size 4 well. I wear a medium in width and that is what I purchased, but they were a little bit wider than most mediums. That is not a problem though. I could put a thin shoe insert, but for now I feel I could do without it. I got mine in camel and it's a good neutral color. I like the heel height. It's a very stable heel and the arch is not too severe. I can't wear those pointy pin heel shoes that make me feel like I'm on my tippy toes. Overall I would recommend this shoe for both comfort and attractive look.
Wears this shoe: I wear to work and to go out in the evening. It can be dressed up or down.

These shoes are very comfy as soon as you take them out of the box, no break in period needed. They are really cute to wear with pants or jeans, I haven't tried with a dress yet but I'm sure they will look great. They were a little pricey, but they are a nice pair of shoes that will go with a lot. I got the camel color.

I was searching for a neutral heeled sandal with a strap. Something that wasn't too high and offered some stability while being stylish and comfortable. Sounds like that would be an easy find but it wasn't. I saw this shoe in Camel and thought I would give it a try. It was everything I had asked for. I am especially pleased with the amount of arch support. The only drawbacks I see are the insole (not exactly pretty, though every comfortable) and the view from the side (not real keen on the different shades of neutral but again, very comfortable). These are not enough reasons for me to return it but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to those things. I can tell this will be a shoe I turn to when I need something dressy-casual and comfortable. Would definitely buy Naya shoes again!
