I had to go out and buy heel pads to stop the shoe from coming off of my heel. Also had to put pads in the shoe to stop my foot from slipping forward.

These pumps are very comfortable, with the "N5" comfort system, they feel good right out of the box, with one exception: On my right shoe, the peep toe area rubs a little on the side of my big toe. This doesn't happen on the left shoe, just the right one. I think it has more to do with my foot than the shoe. My right foot is a little bigger, so the toe fits the tip of the shoe more tightly. Because of the padding inside, these pumps definitely don't feel like a 3 inch heel at all. The small platform is a help there, too. If you are looking for a good, all round dress pump with a little fashion flair but still comfortable, these may be ones for you.

Love the style of this shoe and feel that it looks very nice, however, I did have to return the first order as it was way too big. Ordered one size smaller and it is okay but my heel still comes out of the shoe when I am walking in them. So I have to walk slowly and just wear them when I am not in a hurry or I will walk right out of them. They do look good though!

I can only find today's styles in a size 4 online (boo). I find that Naturalizer shoes offer a good variety of size 4. These shoes are very comfortable and stylish - can wear to work or out at night and I get a ton of compliments on them. They are sexy and classy.
Wears this shoe: To work with dress pants and out at night with anything blue jeans.
