This boot is beautiful but the croc at the top is not leather though (the rest is). Also, the circumference is probably closer to 14 1/2 - 15 inches. I have VERY slender calves - around 14 inches - and they look good with dresses and aren't too loose. BUT I thought they'd be tighter. These are not as comfortable as the Sofft boots that I own with the same heel height but close enough and I'm wearing them right now in the office. It is around 3pm and my feet are just now started to feel the 3 inch heel (which by the way, the heel is 3 1/2 inches high with a 1/2 platform) for a 3 inch heel net - not 2 3/4 as stated in the description).

I absolutely love these boots. I wear a size 12 and they are so comfortable. I wear them to work and my feet do not hurt at all. Every time I wear them I receive so many compliments. They look great when I wear them with dresses and skirts. Leather, suede and croc combination fabulous.
