This shoe feels like the leather is butter, so soft and smooth everywhere. I really love the style and feel. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it has no arch support whatsoever. I suppose that is why they gave it a removable footbed, however, I still wish it had some arch support. I still highly recommend the shoe for the soft feel and comfort, and cute style.
