I purchased this pair of shoes to have an attractive yet comfortable shoe to wear with pants as well as capris and skirts. The reason I chose these was because of the strap across the back and the fact that they were available in a narrow width. As soon as I pulled them out of the box, I tried them on and was delighted to find how soft (yet supportive) they were. There is not a ton of arch support, but I was able to stand in them all day at work the first day I wore them.

Shoe is comfortable but I ordered a wide width and it is still a little narrow. After wearing these for about an hour my feet really hurt. I would have returned these but I cannot return since they have been worn.
