The Paris is from the Cosmopolitan collection by Naot Footwear. This slingback sandal features an adjustable quarter strap and interlacing bands over the toes for a sophisticated look and comfortable fit. Features our patented footbed which combines a blend of natural latex and light flakes of cork designed to adapt to the shape of the foot, absorb shock and remove moisture. Coated in high quality, pampering suede that helps absorb moisture. A layer of natural latex sponge padding absorbs shock and provides a caressing softness while walking. Hallux support enables natural hold by the big toe, prevents the foot from slipping forward, and improves the foots hold on the shoe. The elevated center of the insole releases pressure in the joints of the central part of the foot. Arch support enables the weight of the body to be correctly distributed and reduces pressure generated by the spinal column and joints. A deep heel indentation helps the body's balance and maintains the natural shape of the pad of the heel that protects the heel bone.

I originally bought the Paris in the silver, size 39 (a US 8, I believe), which is my normal size...too big, all over. I ended up with the copper color, a size down to 38. I love the unusual color (not gold, not brass) and the size is perfect now....I think Naots run a bit large in general. They, like all Naots I have, are very comfortable, pricey, but worth it. They also wear very well, and have STYLE ! And the velcro closure they use alot are a very well-chosen feature....no messing around with buckles and trying to find that "just right" hole.
Wears this shoe: a dressy/casual look, like with nice bohemian cotton skirts

I bought these to wear to work. I needed a very comfortable shoe with a backstrap. These are very comfortable. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is that I think they are a little heavy.

I love Naot - originally recommended by my podiatrist when I was having foot issues, I wore my first pair (Kayla) to Disney and literally walked miles in them pain free. The Paris style caught my eye - they are beautiful shoes and I love the heel - I just have one complaint - after having them a few months, they stretch and seem wider - to the point where my feet slide side-to-side when I walk no matter how tight I make the strap. Still a great shoe, but I have found that the sandals that run narrow (like the Kayla) are better suited for me. If you have a wider, width these are the perfect shoes for you.

I was a little disappointed in the color, as it was a bit difficult to discern from the photo, but I kept the shoe because it is so comfortable. Great product!

This is currently the favorite pair of shoes in my closet. I purchased them in the Metal Leather for a May 2012 trip to Italy. I wore them some before the trip to break them in, and I'm glad I did. They almost wore blisters on my little toes the first two wearings, but after that - oh my. They are wonderful. They were perfect for all the wanderings during our trip (except the hillside hike we did!) Since the trip, I've worn them almost every day as well. With shorts, pants, long skirts, short skirts, jeans. They go with everything! And are so comfortable. The only negative thing I could possibly say, is my wish that they came in 1/2 sizes. I had to purchase what is actually a 1/2 size too large. But, I love them so much, that's OK!
Wears this shoe: All the time, with everything.
