The Loop is from the Avant-Garde collection by Naot Footwear. This fancy slide features two split-straps in a T strap design that keeps the foot comfortable while looking absolutely stunning. Features our patented footbed which combines a blend of natural latex and light flakes of cork designed to adapt to the shape of the foot, absorb shock and remove moisture. Coated in high quality, pampering suede that helps absorb moisture. A layer of natural latex sponge padding absorbs shock and provides a caressing softness while walking. Hallux support enables natural hold by the big toe, prevents the foot from slipping forward, and improves the foots hold on the shoe. The elevated center of the insole releases pressure in the joints of the central part of the foot. Arch support enables the weight of the body to be correctly distributed and reduces pressure generated by the spinal column and joints. A deep heel indentation helps the body's balance and maintains the natural shape of the pad of the heel that protects the heel bone.

These are rather pretty summer shoes, strappy and silvery, light in profile, that hide their orthopedic nature remarkably well. I was shocked that they actually have arch support. It's true!

On the third wearing, I wore to an event for 6 hours. I was in charge of event and seldom got off my feet. My feet never bothered me - even after I was back home. Amazing!

Being on an eternal search for shoes that combine comfort and style (a next to impossible task), I first purchased Naot Loop in brown snake. Love them! This order was for Loop in gray snake, more of a pewter tone. The first gray pair I received was wider than my others. Not to worry, Shoebuy sent me another pair. Like Naot so much I've bought the Betty for even more casual comfort. Perfect shoe!

I think these shoes are sexy and I can actually walk in them! A pretty good combination. I bought the Brown Lizard...a fun color that goes with most anything...jeans and dresses--my two favorite things to wear. I will say that I had to return the first pair for another because the first pair's straps were a little loose. I exchanged for the same size sandal, but the second fit was snug on the foot--just what I was hoping. These are my second pair of Naot sandals. Both are very comfortable and easy to walk in. Enjoy!
