This shoe is like a piece of sculpture shaped like your foot. I have a bunion, and found this shoe did not irritate it. The heel never slips off your foot, and the cork foot bed provides incredible, comfortable support. The leathers are beautiful, with unusual and interesting finishes. The only drawback is that the laces are a little slippery (they are thin and smooth, which actually look a lot nicer), but I was able to cure that with beeswax(found in the notions section of the sewing store) applied periodically.

It is a beautiful shoe, but did not give me the support I wanted in a tie shoe. I regretfully returned it cause it does have a lot of style.

I bought this shoe because I wanted a lace up Oxford, and the reviews indicated it was a comfortable shoe right out of the box. It is OK, but it is not as comfortable as I expected based on previous reports. Let me say right now that I do NOT really like shoes, and would live in sandals or clogs if I could. I had high hopes and they were not satisfied. It looks GREAT and I am very pleased with that.
Wears this shoe: I am still wearing only for short periods in the house.
