It's summer here in Georgia and bought them for college in Alaska. Heated the soles, although the directions were just a little confusing, wore them around and they felt great.

I tried them on and wondered if after I prepared the soles as the instructions indicated, would they be fine. I heated the soles with a hair dryer, to make the latex soft and plyable, as the instructions indicated, and then slipped them on my feet, allowed them to dry and walked around in them as they did, to allow them to mold to my feet. What a perfect fit.

So I was a little hesitant about ordering these because they were really at their peak of style two winters ago, but I think, they will stick around a little longer than everybody first expected. I contemplated buying the Muk brand that Kate Moss and all the celebs wear, but those are $150 more than these. I can honestly tell you that the picture DOES NOT do justice to how good this boot looks up close. The fur is genuine and looks great! I couldn't be more happy! I think the other brand is just more expensive because it was the first out the door and they feel they can charge more. There really is absolutely no difference in this brand the more expensive. I'm thrilled!

The boots are very cute and very warm, but because they are so close to the ground, they get dirty very easily around the front and sides.
Wears this shoe: I wear these boots with jeans in the cold weather.

Very Cute but delicate

The suede rips around the string (lace) that holds the fur balls if you pull the string too hard... so you have to be careful with them. The suede is very delicate and rips very easy... but they are very warm and super cute...
