Shoe comes with several replacement insoles so they last. I clean them frequently with disinfectant and they still hold up. Plenty of room for my custom orthotic inserts and high arches. I have a neuroma and shoe helps with the pain. I have purchased them multiple times. Recent redesign of sole resolved slip and fall hazard of the original design .

This shoe is very comfortable. I wear an extra wide shoe, so I was thrilled to see the 5E width available. I love that the shoe comes with multiple inserts. It is comfortable with either my prescription orthotics or one of the inserts that came with the shoes. It's hard to find the navy color in an orthopedic shoe and this is a true navy. The shoes are also very lightweight. Very happy with my purchase!

The tread on the bottom of the shoe has been changed from previous models. They grip much better and decrease the chance of falling. Seemed tighter across top of foot than previous purchases. I couldn't insert the both the insoles it came with and my custom orthopedic inserts at the same time. Comes with several replacement insoles to extend the life of the shoe. I work 12+ hour shifts on my feet and these are the best thing I have been able to find to combat foot pain.

I bought 2 pair, navy and black. They are very comfortable, the best I have worn. The problem is the sole of the shoe. They are not slip resistant. I have fallen at least 3 times on wet linoleum such as in stores and at work. After just a few months, the soles wear to smooth sole and just a few drops of water on the floor sends your feet from under you. I have had many compliments on the style but the safety aspect has deterred me from purchasing another pair.
