Great Shoe for Problem Feet

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I love this shoe. I have worn this type of shoe for 4+ years on a daily basis. They fit well and stand up to the rigors of daily use. I get a new pair each year and use the older pair for any dirty job days. I also wear the 502 model for dress wear like to church. These shoes are well made. I use custom inserts with them instead of the triply inserts provided. If you have diabetic foot problems, etc, I heartily recommend them. They have more toe room than any other shoe I have tried. Mt. Emey 7021 Review

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked I bought the shoes for my 80 year old Dad who needs 10.5 6E shoes. He wanted velcro closure so he could get into the shoes more easily. He said the shoes felt a half size smaller and the shoes felt really tight. Not easy for him to get into. We stretched the shoes several times for him because my Dad did not want me to return them. He wanted the velcro closure. We spent alot of time stretching them. The stretching made them wearable. He told me not to get them again, though. I usually buy New Balance because they are made in the USA. I could not find New Balance in 10.5 6E with velcro closure. The Mt. Emey were the only ones I found in my Dad's size with velcro closure. The Mt. Emey are made in China. Maybe that has something to do with it, maybe not. All I know is that I would not buy this brand again. My Dad does not recommend this brand and hopes others have a better experience. Wears this shoe: He wears them every other day.
