I bought this shoe for my mother. She has hammer toes and was having a hard time finding a shoe that helped her foot problem, gave support and still looked somewhat stylish. She had a different orthotic shoe but it made her feet sweat and was not stylish at all. She really likes the shoe. So far no issues with sores on her toes and the size we ordered fit her perfect. We ordered the same size as we used to order in her regular shoes. These are just higher in the area she needs and they are breathable. No more sweating.
