I ordered these for my girlfriend in size 8. She has gorgeous, curvy legs with REAL calves, so the common "emaciated waif" boots don't fit her. These boots fit her perfectly! She loves them, and wears them all the time. My only regret is that they aren't real leather uppers. I'd be willing to pay more for quality materials in a design like this for her.

I bought these to wear w/skirts & tights and under jeans. They don't really go well w/tucking jeans into them as the material is all bumpy and I don't think it was intended for that. They are made for wide calves and fit great, other that they are about a half size too big.

There is no flexibility to this boot, its so cute and so comfy, but the calf looks ridiculous on me. I am a size 12-14 pants, so I'm not a tiny girl, but the calf of this boot gapes on me & does not form to your body. So disappointed. The foot size felt true to size. I've had other boots that barely zipped, so I didn't think the wide calf description was going to be a problem.
