This trail running shoe features a light and hydrophobic mesh upper with a gusseted tongue to keep dirt out and your feet cool, a webbing and strap closure system for a custom fit and comfort, a gusseted tongue for keeping out dirt and moisture, triple-density Vapor Response™ EVA midsole with Trail Shield™ protection and mid-foot support. Also has a full foot Trail Shield™ system for under foot protection from rocks and trail debris, and a Gryptonite™ (a sticky rubber compound for optimal performance on wet and dry surfaces)outsole for traction and durability.

This is my second pair of Montrails I've purchased. They fit my foot, which happens to be in the wide range and are very durable and comfortable . I also liked the new plum color it came in this season.
Wears this shoe: Long walks,biking, hiking.

This trail runner is extremely comfortable and durable. It has stood up beautifully to rocky trails wet or dry. The tread really grips any surface. The arch support is great and the footbed is wonderfully cushioned.

I purchased this shoe for trail running. It is the best pair of running shoes I've ever owned! I sometimes use them on the street as well, just because I love them so much. In terms of running, they have a lot of traction, yet you don't feel every rock you step on. The best part is they are a great looking shoes! It's a shame they get covered in dust! I'm ordering a second pair for wearing around town.
Wears this shoe: Running and soon for regular around town use.
