I live in South Dakota and wore these in under 20* weather with fresh snow falling and found these shoes very warm and comfy with just average white cotton socks. I'm a nurse and my feet hurt A LOT as I am on them over 12 hours daily. Wish I could wear these to work!!! Great value and GREAT price!!!!!!!!!!

These softsole boots are pretty darn comfortable! I would recommend wearing them when the weather is dry, however, as water would easily soak through the bottoms. Aside - or because of the soft sole - this is a great casual boot to wear out for short jaunts around town.
