My husband previously bought the same moccasin 14 years ago in Estes Park,Co. He dearly loved them but wouldn't give up the old ones that desperately needed to be pitched. Leather was worn and the soles were slick. Found these on line and he is very satisfied. Same shoe but w/plaid lining! Great product!!!

It seems to be well made. I bought it because it offered large size (15). The fact that it is moose hide means nothing to me; it appears to be just regular leather to me. It is not particularly heavy duty. Do not go too far from the house with these.
Wears this shoe: Around the house. It is durable enough to go out and pick up the newpaper.

I bought these slippers for my husband. They are made of the softest leather I have ever felt. They are nice looking, and my husband wears them as shoes. He finds them comfortable, but they seem to be narrower than most slippers, so with his wide feet they are a bit tight. Hopefully they will loosen a bit with time.
