I like the look of these boots, the side lacing is a bit of a challenge. I'm hoping once the stretch out a little I will be able to slide into them. I do think they are a little larger than a 9. My feet tend to slide around a little.

Over all these boots are pretty nice, the laces are a bit unsatisfying, but really aside from the laces I truly like these boots. I was worried they may look too costume-ish, however, they are just fine. If you are looking for a nice boot to tuck your pants into or just wear with a little dress and tights these ones are great and unique. You could even change up the laces to tone them down. I recommend these boots to anyone.

Only drawback is getting accustomed to those metallic lace-up grommets on the side of the boot, but that's incidental. They look good, feel good and they're made well. Soft, heavy suede.
Wears this shoe: Not good to wear in tall, wet grass.
