I have been experimenting with different shoes now that I'm getting older and my feet have been giving me problems. After doing a lot of research, I have come to the conclusion that less is best. This is why I purchased these shoes. They are like walking in bare feet....with just a little protection from sharpe stones, etc. I love the feeling of walking around in these shoes! I feel my feet getting stronger. I honestly don't feel it is necessary to have a great deal of support in our shoes. It is amazing how comfortable these shoes are without much cushioning!

I am a size 8 but got it in 7.5. It turned out larger! Definitely gotta size 1 down! It is comfortable, nonetheless. Best for indoors!
