I have had a pair of Minnetonka mocs for over 20 years. I love them. They have holes in the bottom tho so it's time for a replacement. Unfortunately, I can't find smooth leather softsoles anymore. I thought I would give these a try, even tho they are suede and have rubber on the soles, thinking they would hold up better. But they are so narrow I can hardly squeeze my foot in, and I have very slender feet. The length is fine, 6 1/2 as usual. Also the rubber soles squeak when I walk, and it feels like I'm wearing shoes, which for me defeats the purpose. These ones are going back.

The moccasins fit well but while breaking them in they bruised the back of my heels. I now have difficulty wearing any shoes with backs. I recommend wearing them sparingly to begin with until your feet adjust.

These are super cute, and they are a nice, soft suede. I wear them without socks, and they turn my feet orange, though it's lessening each time.
Wears this shoe: With jeans. Any time it's not wet out.

I love this shoe. It is my third pair. I wear it everyday everywhere. Feels like going barefoot which is always my first choice. Great style, great workmanship. I highly recommend.

these are a very comfy shoe good with socks or not, i have purchased 7.5 in some of the other styles and can wear them but i usually wear 8 and went with an 8 in this style as i will wear socks with these in the cooler months
