I had worn out a prior pair of Minnetonkas and needed a replacement. These are easy to put on, light, have a better sole than most mocs, and, with their good construction and good leather, and are quite handsome. They are good-looking enough to wear on dressier occasions than I encounter. Last pair made good airport shoes. Like 'em a lot.

I had to purchase a half size larger than with other shoes to be able get my foot in without cutting off circulation. Once I figured that out I am please with the shoe.

This is the third pair I've owned. Both moosehide and leather are great. I actually prefer the leather (moosehide is too soft for me)

We all have choices and I wish I could have seen the sole design for these shoes. Shoebuy has always been able to satisfy my wants but I wish I could have seen the sole of the shoe. Since I have a rock garden with sand everywhere I cannot wear the shoes outside without ensuring sand has not invaded the small cut designs in the sole which I assume is there to prevent slippages but the sand will surely scratch the laminate floors we have in the house. I'm really unpleased with the manufacturer's design and wish I had known before hand. Thanks for a well-built shoe however for the price.
