The boots are great, but after many hours of wearing them, they started to hurt. I think a better sole would make these my favorites.

This shoe boot made of great quality, very comfortable the only thing it lacks is a lift from the heel. The heel is too low not making much of a difference. Probably as low as the soft sole. I am flat footed and wearing shoes that flat makes my feet ache. I expected the heel on the bottom to be a heel and not just look like one. NO lift Support.

Much narrower than expected so it had to be returned. Also, the pull tab on the back zipper immediately came undone when using it the first time. An easy fix, but annoying. Too bad as it's a really cute shoe otherwise.
