The first time I wore my 5-layer fringe boots I paired them with a destroyed jean mini-skirt and an oversized white blouse with a woven waist belt. Walking around down-town and hopping from party to party I got sooo many compliments, stares, and yes...even whistles. They honestly look great if you have the attitude and look to pull them off. The actual part where your foot is, is really tight fitting so you would have to wear thinner, but yet still high socks. The calf width is definitely wide.. so make sure you have big enough calfs before buying! LOVVED them overall. =)

Very comfy, stylish and may I add so sexy! The fringes make it so sexy especially when I'm walking because they move when I move around. I like it because they are knee-high which makes it much cuter! A must buy!!!!
