Great bag, I did expect the shoulder strap to be a little longer, but in the end, I am very happy with the bag, and have received a lot of complements.

This bag is a little too "deep" for my liking and not as organized as it appears in the pictures. My main dissatisfaction is the middle zipper compartment. It is made of flimsy material that doesn't help separate the two inner compartments at all. Also, the shoulder strap is a little short; won't stay on my shoulder. The bag is of good quality material and workmanship. Though I didn't return the bag, and would purchase a Milleni bag again, I would not buy this particular style again.
