Michelin HydroEdge boots feature durable leather uppers, Michelin's exclusive Advanced Rear Suspension (ARS) providing shock absorption wh every heel strike, and an advanced non-marking Michelin HydroEdge outsole that is oil and slip-resistant. It also features guaranteed waterproof construction. Full length Lenzi® insole is lighter and more flexible than steel, yet fully meets ASTM requirement for puncture resistance. Composite toe is lighter than steel and fully meets ASTM standards for impact and compression resistance. Electrical hazard.

they look good, plenty of comments on them about how they look... but THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF!!!!nuf said.

It's billed as a work boot, but I bought the Hydroedge to use as a motorcycle boot. It was slightly more bulky than I was expecting, but it works perfectly: provides great support, keeps me dry (I ride in Seattle, WA) and warm. It is very well constructed, and I expect to wear it for several years to come.

This shoe is made very well. It looks like a rugged hiking boot. It's very comfortable right out of the box. The sole is quite firm and doesn't bend like my worn out boots but it is beginning to flex more as I wear them.
Wears this shoe: I wear this boot every day look in a tough environment feet saty cool and dry.
