comfortable and versatile

I bought it to have a flat comfortable walking shoe that would look okay with skirts. I usually wear a 9 in earth shoes, but I had to return the 9 for a 9.5 because the toe box is kind of flat, not roomy, and the 9s were barely too tight on my toes. The 9.5s are comfortable. I like earth shoes because they redistribute pressure away from the ball of the foot (where I tend to have foot pain). Some earth shoes have major arch support -- these don't especially -- I may add an extra insole.

I've worn this shoe to the beach twice. It's lightweight and comfortable to walk in on the sand, but the thong strap isn't made for 4+ hours of walking on hard ground. I'm pretty satisfied with the shoe, but my dog ate part of it so I'm going to order another one.

They are very comfortable. However, I wear a 7.5 narrow and had to return the first pair. I ended up with an 8 medium.
